Get to know me and what I’m about.

Dr. Ross completed her medical degree at Flinders University School of Medicine in Adelaide, South Australia (2007) and a Family Medicine Residency at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre through the University of Toronto (2011). Since that time, she has worked as a comprehensive rural family physician in her hometown, including a tenure as Physician Lead in Emergency Medicine at Lakeridge Health Port Perry.

Dr. Ross has trained with the Institute of Functional Medicine and completed a two-year fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona. She enjoys providing personalized solutions for her patients that include optimizing nutrition, movement, and mind-body wellness for healing, illness prevention, and anti-aging.

Dr. Ross is a strong advocate of educating patients and the public in medicine. She is a clinical lecturer with the University of Toronto and a regular columnist for her regional publication, Durham News.

When she’s not practicing yoga or creating homemade recipes for healing tinctures, teas and vegetarian meals, Dr. Ross is spending time with her triathlete husband and their two children.
